Island Capital controls a number of real estate services companies, including Applied Technology & Management and Anubis Securities, as well as one of the countrys largest commercial loan servicers, C-III Capital Partners. The bank was founded in 2003 by Andrew Farkas, who is currently its chairman and CEO. Island Capital Group is a New York City-based real estate merchant bank.
